Acceptance of Terms & Conditions: 
By purchasing wines via our website, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 
 
You must be 18 years or older to purchase wine from this website. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age and that you are not purchasing wine in order to supply minors under the age of 18.   
 
Please note we are a small family vineyard making limited quantities of exquisite wine. Our cellar release wines are only available to cellar club members. 
 
Joining the Cellar Club: 
NEW ZEALAND MEMBERS: You have signed up to a one-year membership, comprised of a minimum order of one case (12 Bottles). This membership will not automatically renew but you will be notified well in advance when your renewal is due so as to not miss out.  
 
Your wine is dispatched within five working days of your credit card being processed. You will receive email confirmation that your order has been dispatched and an estimated delivery time. Folding Hill Wine Company will make every effort to ensure your wine is shipped to your door quickly and efficiently. However, we are a small family vineyard and rely on third parties to undertake delivery, therefore delivery dates are only estimates. 
 
By joining the Folding Hill Wine Company Cellar Club, you understand that the contact details you provide will be used to send correspondence regarding membership updates, cellar door release, and other information pertaining to your membership. These details will be added to the Folding Hill Wine Company database and stored securely. They will never be rented to any third parties. Email is our main and preferred method of contact. 

Folding Hill Wine Company reserves the right to alter the release dates dependent on vintage release. 
 
We review shipping prices and price ceilings annually. Any price changes will take effect on the 1st of July. 
 
Security
Folding Hill Wine uses a combination of industry-standard security technologies, procedures and organisational measures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure or use. 
 
When a payment is made through the Folding Hill Wine Company website, your personal and financial details are protected at all stages of the transaction through encryption technology. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers at any stage of the transaction. Once the credit card details have been processed through our payment system, they are no longer known to the system. 
 
The online payment system Folding Hill Wine Company is STRIPE. STRIPE has set key criteria that technology companies need to adhere to when building an integration. STRIPE is certified with all major credit card schemes and is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant to ensure your transactions are as secure as possible. This ensures that your credit card details are seen only by yourself and the bank performing the transactions.
